DCS Savannah is a residential-focused general contracting firm and a sister company of DaVinci Construction Services. Originally founded by Troy Oliver in 1997, DaVinci began as a foundation and concrete subcontractor. Troy’s decades of construction experience led to the formation of DCS in 2016 as a licensed residential general contracting business. Since that time, DCS has grown to a full-scale builder of custom homes, with projects completed in 2024 from Tybee Island to Effingham County. In 2022 Jeff Welch joined DCS bringing over 30 years of experience in construction and real estate development to the table.
